If you are looking for a place to hold your outing or event, Tregaron is the golf course for you. The staff at Tregaron specializes in conducting corporate outings and group events and can accommodate groups from twenty to several hundred people.
Each golf Outing is as unique and individual as each group. Let our tournament coordinators make sure that your event will be a day to remember. We will administer everything from setting up the flags for the event, to staging your golf carts in fleet formation with all players’ names and hole assignments, to synchronizing modified shotgun starts, to scoring the event, just to name a few. In addition to the food and beverage menu, we are pleased to offer the following professional services for groups of 20 players or more.
Tregaron also has a comprehensive event registration module (The Golf Event Guru) that administers all aspects of your special events including; promotion, registration, payments, customized event webpage, blogs and emails, data capture forms as well as golfer pairings and assignments. Ask our coordinators how we can set your event up on Golf Event Guru to get you started!

Our Food and Beverage department provides a full-service menu for our clientele. Serving a wide variety of menu items allows us to furnish an atmosphere similar to a private country club. Along with our daily menu, we offer a Special Events Menu that includes fine dining selections. This menu, combined with our exceptional service and beautiful surroundings, produces the perfect setting for your corporate outing or group event. Our spacious clubhouse and our private meeting room are ideal for seasonal parties, business meetings, and other company functions.
